I like your products, can I just buy one?
We're very honored and happy to hear many retail customers that like our products. However, we're a pure wholesale company. You may be able find our products at your local fashion boutique shop or online retailer.
How do I order?
We can process your order several ways. You can call us toll-free, fax in your order or purchase our products directly on the Internet. For California only: we'll need a copy of your reseller license, so please fax that in when you made your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex. We do not do C.O.D.. You may also purchase our catalog, which contains all our latest designs at $10 each plus shipping charges. We will credit $10 to your first order if you make a purchase. How can I order a catalog?

I forgot my Customer ID.
Your Customer ID is clearly printed on your invoice. If you need further assistance please email us at customerservice@comecoinc.com. You'll need to provide your company name, telephone and zip code.
Do you give discounts for large quantity orders?
Yes we do. Usually a discount is given when purchase by the case. Please call us or email to sales@comecoinc.com and include the product id and quantity you wish to purchase.
I'm overseas, can I still order from you?
Yes you definitely can! We ship all over the world. All international orders must be prepaid by wired transfer fund. Please email your order to: sales@comecoinc.com. Once we receive your order, our sales representative will contact you for further shipping instructions.
Stock Availability:
We usually ship within 2-4 working days after we receive your order. For items we do not have in stock, we will backorder and ship to you when stock comes in. The backorder items usually can be ship to you in about 2-4 weeks. We will notify you on the invoice, what items will be backordered at the time of shipping. For Crystal eyewear, the shipping time frame is 2-3 weeks from the date of order.
Minimum Order Amount:
We are strictly a wholesale company only. To protect our retailer customers, all orders must reach the minimum of $100 each order. 2 pieces minimum per style.
Payment information:
For existing customers:
If you are our existing customer, your order will be processed as before with the same shipping term as we have in our system. If you want to change the term of shipment, please specify it on the order.
For new customers:
If you are a new customer, you must pay by Visa, MasterCard, and Amex for the first order.
We do not charge your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise. The total amount charged on your credit card will be the cost of merchandise plus however much the shipping cost is to send the shipment to you.
Shipping Rates and Policies:
All orders are shipped by FEDEX ground or UPS ground unless otherwise noted. We compute the shipping charge, based on weight and destination and the shipping method you choose.
Return Policy:
Please report any transportation damages, shortage and etc. to us and to the carrier immediately. Any other discrepancies must be reported to us within 15 days from the date of the invoice. Returns must be made within one month from the shipping date of the goods. A return authorization number must be obtained from our customer service department before the returned merchandise can be accepted by us. Please email us at esales@comecoinc.com or call us at 626-813-9088 to obtain a return authorization number. A restock charge will be assessed on any return made after the one month period from the shipping date of the invoice, the restock charge ranges from 10% to 50%. Any claims or request for a return made 1 year after the invoice date will not be granted. All returns must be labeled with a return authorization number issued from us. We reserve the right to refuse your return based on our return policy above.
